For Cooking Rice-

  • 1 Cup Basmati Rice.
  • 1 Bay Leaf.
  • 1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • 2 Green Cardamom
  •  2 Mace Strands
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt or as taste.
For preparing Gravy.
  • 1 large Onion, very fine sliced.
  • 1 Potato, diced.
  • 1 Cauliflower, Green Bell Pepper chopped.
  • 2 Small carrot.
  • ½ Cup Green Peas.
  • ¼ French Beans, Chopped.
  • 4 Garlic Gloves
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • 1 Tea spoon Black Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Bay Leaf
  • 2-3 Green Cardamoms.
  • 1 Black Cardamoms.
  • 1 Spoon Red chillies Powder.
  • ½ spoon Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder.

How to make biryani in Clay Biryani Pot?

  • Keep the clay pot on low flame.
  • Let it be hot then add oil in to it.
  • Add onion, garlic and ginger to the paste.
  • After Onion get golden brown add all the chopped vegetables.
  • Let all the vegetables cooks then add water to it.
  • After one boil, add all the rice. It is get cook.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 -120 min.
  • Serve hot in clay serving pot.
